AI Assistant for Improved Physician-Patient Communication

It all began with a mental health chatbot, a project that not only succeeded beyond my expectations but also ignited a passion within me to push the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare communication. This chatbot showed us the incredible potential of AI to make a real difference in people's lives.

Our main challenge is to create a more efficient and personalized healthcare experience. We involve multiple subject matter experts from many fields of healthcare including doctors, psychologists, GP providers and internationally cancer, genetics and microbiome researchers.

In a world increasingly driven by algorithms, the human-centric approach to product design and development is paramount.

Please see few teaser screenshots from the very first MVP (January 2024) that is already being demonstrated in multiple fields of healthcare from fertility clinics to mental help centres. The product runs currently via the OpenAI API, responds to user's questions very accurately as we fine-tuned GPT4 Turbo with relevant medical knowledge. We tested the response quality on sample patient data with an excellent result!
